I weighted my car, she weights in a 3,060 lbs with a 1/4 tank of gas and no one inside.


Not bad I think, we also weighted a 2002 M3 SMGII w/ an audio system and a 1/4 tank of gas, she weights in at 3,580 lbs

There, now you guys know the weights of the M's.


Just thought that this was some useful info you guys might like.

 

I think mine weighed about 2750 or 2780 with no spare and no one in it and about a 1/4 tank of gas.

S4_Dukar, you mean "weighed"?

Prolene weighed his in at the 2500 lbs range. A lot of weight removal there.

 

Mine is not an S2000, it's a Miata but it was weighed a year ago

No spare, jack or wrench
No airbox
no washer bottle
car completely empty of all things save the insurance card.
1/2 tank of gas

weight: 2298

 

my old nsx targa weighed in at 2890 with half tank. done at NIH on a digital scale.

I just weighed the S a couple of weeks ago. 2746 with some misc. items in the trunk (2760 with 2 bars on the fuel gauge).

 

it's a 94 c package fully loaded w/o ABS. I forgot to mention that that was with 14 inch OEM wheels and tires. My wheels weigh 8 lbs more than the OEM so that is 32-45 lbs unaccounted for. Dammit!!!

so I am somwhere just over 2330

 

Last time I weighed my car, it was 2750 with a quarter tank and me (145)...guess I still need to add some more lightness

 

i had a little more than a half a tank when i went to the track and my car weighted 2951 with me in it.
