Damn... i for once got to race my car tonight
well i was going down to see the movie 13 ghosts tonight at AMC. My friend wanted to drive my car, so i handed him the keys. i figured this way he would realize how japanese cars rule euros (j/p ). Anways...
First race was against a z3. i guess it wasnt really a race but here goes-----> we saw him on the highway so we pulled up and gave him a quick double rev and took off in i think 3rd. we didnt think he would bite, but then we saw his non-HIDs speeding up to catch us. my friend quicky downed it to 3rd again right as the bimmer was pulling up towards our rear. As vtec roared, we just kept pulling. it didnt really last all that long cuz he gave up after we used up 3rd gear.
Second race was against a GTP. We were just going on the same highway and this GTP does a fly by. We quickly dumped the gear to 3rd again and caught up to it in traffic. When we both got clear of the other cars, the two cars both WOTed. We easily made the GTP's head lights dim out into our mirrors . Surprizingly, the GTP came back for more, but we all know what happened . The crazy thing was when we were evened out behind traffic, we saw this chic on a cell! me and my firend were like daym... a chic that races while on the phone.
After those two races we saw the movie and were on the way back home. i was driving my car once again, but this time with my girlfriend in the passanger.
Third race was against a blue WRX sedan. I noticed it up a head, so i sped up to catch up to it. it turned out to be some asain dude on a cell phone. (i donno how people can race while talking on phones) anyways, we pulled up on a light on palatine and i looked over and gave a quick would-you-like-to-run rev. he didnt look over so i figured he wasnt interested. on the contrary, when the light turned, he gunned it and sped off. i worked to catch up to him and got him at another light. this time i revved up and launched around 7 grand. my ass was sliding all over the place, but to my dismay this guy didnt run this time. i was like hmmm wtf is going on. luckily we caught another light, but this time i revved up and looked at him to make sure he knew i wanted to go. as the light changed, i did a similar launch with my tail dancing out in front of the WRX. im not sure if the guy knew how to launch his car, cuz i know it shoulda taken some sort of lead on me with that awd. anyways i went through the first 3 gears and saw that the scoob was atleast 1.5-2 cars back. im sure he was racing, but i guess he just didnt know how to drive. oh well, i still had fun!

Becareful out there man. It's getting cold around town, and the S is a big NO NO when it comes to cold weather. I learned my lessions the HARD(really hard) way.

I heard Chicago gets some crazy cold weather. Supposedly, my friend spit outside and it turned to ice or frost or something....remember, my friend told me the story!! heh.

no i was racing these cars after traffic cleared up-- im not reckless enough to race weaving through cars at those kinda high speeds
