First time at the track yesterday
I went with 4 other friends. Two of which got owned because they were wearing shorts and weren't allowed to participate, which sucks HARDCORE because we put around 160 miles on our cars to get there and come back.
Anyways, on my first run I was just getting a feel for the track like my friend said I should, I launched at around 6k but immediately fell back down to 4 and then slowly hit vtec again resulting in a 15.5 @ 92.54 run.
Second time I did a little better, but for some reason the lady said there's no time, and I didn't start until after I actually saw the green light which makes no sense.
Third time I launched at around 6.5k and feathered the clutch to keep the rpm's kinda high so I would take off better and ended up doing a 14.5 @ 95.72. It's not bad, but not good either. We got there kinda light and after that they closed the lines. I know I can do better but the though of putting 160 miles on my car just to get there doesn't quite interest me all that much =X
Here's the 14.5 run

I was focused more on my launching and wasn't really paying much attention to the tree so all my R/T's were in the .7's and one in the high .6's
Oh yeah, and on the way home I was at a stop light and took off sorta quick, maybe at around 4k, and the specv next to me I guess thought I was running him, so at the next light, he did the same while I was driving normally. We get to the third light and I see a G35C jump in too, I gave it a few revs, then held it at around 5k and launched at around 6.5, resulting in the specv just being left behind bad, and the g35 trailing by around 2 car lenths at 80mph. Also ran my friend on the freeway from 65, won by a car length and a half, but then he said he had his a/c on. We ran again from around 55 and I lost by a carlength. It was a fun night though
