by the way he's at about 500 miles right now, so he's getting there. not sure what the proper break in period is for the car though. This is also the same friend i pulled when he had his 05 sti. 3 cars by 135, and now i'd like to see what happens between us wih this thing.

Sorry lads but I have to disagree. Quiks wife is prolly as good a driver as both of u, and she is most def well hotter than u two

Seriously, this guy and his wife race a lot on the street in both the evo and Z06. Dont call into question their driving skills without due cause. Look at the mutlitude of their posts (I know HHRV and yellows2kpwr both also have lots of good posts)

His evo is def one of the quicker ones, thats not in doubt. Lets face it, an S is way harder to shift time properly than the more powerfull evo and ZO6. Especially FI S2k. Talk about a hard to time 1-2 shift. There is not doubt that the S is harder to driver faster than an evo.

quik no one is saying a stock S will "annihelate" a stock evo, but it will pull it no doubt. I also agree with yellow, i've been meaning to say this everytime you bring up that you had both cars, you probably could not drive the S. It's much easier to drive an evo then it is an S. I've beaten to many stock evo's in my runs, does that mean I should start calling my S something special, No! because it isn't, any S can do what i've done period. And yet again you mention pulling S after S when you were sock, but i've ye to see you mention one race against one where you don't mention having a mod. I also think you ran into bad drivers.
ruben.... they had an A P 1 forget it. he would have no idea what we are talking about.
