Hey, good kill. Was it a coupe or convertible? Because convertibles are substantially slower than the coupe version. Does the 2003 C32 have more hp than the 2002's? Because I thought they had 350hp? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that was pretty amazing how much faster your c32 is than the m3. 333hp with 3300lbs (3700lb for convertible) versus your 350hp at 3500lbs. Should be about the same. Sounds like a fun race nonetheless.

Hey JD,

I'm going to the MIR thing on 10/6. you going? maybe some of the FI s2ks can come to...

Ive been practicing my 0-60 and 1/4 mi recently. I am still getting too much wheel spin in 1st and part of second gear but my times are getting better now.

My times of 0-60 5.6s and 1/4 mi of 14.1s is now down to 0-60 4.9 sec and 1/4 mi of 13.1..

hopefully with more practice and more traction i will do well at mir in october

While I was at Curry's show, I was like..."hmmm...a guy with 'nHobbes' SN promised that he would stop by and say 'hi'"...
So you didn't make it?

It was great man. There were some hot models walking around.
A LOT of nice people showed up and I met a lot of them as well. You should have come.

I am supposed to pick up my car today. I am not sure if Curry's and RMS were able to push more than 400 rwhp or not. They may decrease it a bit for safety reasons as well. Who knows...I am dying to find out though...

Ooops, sorry, getting back to the topic. I would say TKG 26's claim sounds about right. C32 is automatic, and it can run at its best most of time. If E46M3 is manual, the driver better be a good driver who knows how to power shift with lightening speed (SMGII).

did you get any internals done? or just the blower and fuel rails?? i dunno how strong the internals on the S54, but 400rwhp is pushing more than 25% than what your stock engine was designed for. let me know how it turns out...

Hey, JD32,

I got a custom made secondary computer management for secondary wet fuel delivery system.
Also, RMS and Curry's made a custom intake manifold out of aluminum instead of stock's plastic.
The rev limit has been decrease from my 8100 rpm to 7600 (RMS said they will lower it by at least 400 from its max) or lower for safety reasons.
I feel confident that S54 will handle it fine for sometime. However, I am planning on getting stronger engine rods as soon as RMS comes out with 'em though. Just in case...

Since this is the first S54 car to have this kit anywhere, I am rather nervous, that's for sure.
But I am already in it deep enough so that I will just have to deal with its consquenses.
Hopefully, RMS did R&D enough to ensure that our engines don't blow up from SCing.

KaiWang, you finally ran 4.9? That's great!!! I feel another video clip coming along against that SCed S2000.
Re-Match!!!
