Difference is these videos are not taken from a mile away and these guys are not using the videos as some manner of magical "proof" that their s2000 is making 275hp with 3 mods.

I can't discern between the two cars but at least one of them has traction issues. You can see him get out of line going into third and hear him spin through second (and first from the line).
the last race in the video was done from a second gear roll so traction factor was taken out. the Z pulled him by a little still. first to second shift was hairy in the Z aswell.

You can spin them in second at WOT in a stock cobra when it is below 40 or so. I've done it.

I highly doubt that. Maybe shifting into 3rd off redline from 2nd, but not just by flooring it in 3rd in midrange.

When going into VTEC... yes. It keeps spinning all thru 9k. But then again, it's a little bit colder than 40...

i run 315 wide 555r's and can blow them off easily from a 3rd gear roll in the cold. they aren't the greatest drag radial, they're better than a street radial and last a decent amount of miles. ofcourse i'm making a good bit more power than this cobra, but even when i was making 500 with my ported eaton i could spin them easily.

a bolt on/pullied cobra makes anywhere from 420whp to 450whp on average. considering this z is making about the same power the race seemed about right to me. the z has about a 300lb weight advantage.

you have to remember, the cobra only has about 500 dollars in mods

8 psi stock boost for the turbo kit. it responded very well to it even with the stock reflash tune they provide AF seems very good right out of the box. thats why its getting such high numbers. i think its one of the highest one for the single turbo Zs
