S2000 Street Encounters Stories of on-the-road exploits and encounters.

Anyone feel like racing me up a hill? about 30-50 degrees slant, haha

Seeing that my car is obviously slower than the S2000, I'd like to make it a bit even and race up a hill. Seeing that my car has about 40 more lbs of torque, I'm wondering if anyone wants to race up a hill? hahaahah

Sorry, I don't think it makes a difference if you race uphill or downhill or flat. As long as the S2000 is racing you in its powerband, the torque differences are irrelevant because you are both on the same grade hill.

In fact, if your vehicle is heavier, then that might slow you down even more...

But it'd be interesting to give it a try and see if my physics are correct...

Integrate,

Go mess with those Team irvine guys. I'm sure they'll race you uphill, downhill, and probably even sideways

I may take you up on that if you'll make the hill steeper! I'd not drive my S however. I'd use my Ford 4X4 turbo diesel. It's been modified to off road forestry use. Big tires, low gear, cap and weight in back. Low range I think it would climb a tree, but I've never tried.

With my car being FWD, I think I'll lose going sideways
