We weren't having a stock vs. stock argument...
If you go back and read again, he told the guy no thanks...
But thanks for the numbers anyway...
Out of curiosity, what is the reference for your top speeds? I've had mine above 148...

"You ever go to Z forums they always pick on the S like it is a stock civic.. Its great that you smoked him that bad and he didn't know you had a S/C. Many props bro"
I also disagree, they tend to respect the s2k a ton and think it is a great car. Myself included since I wanted the s2k for over a year and a half. But I am extreamly happy with my Z.

Thought the S2k was 148-155. And the Z 156-158
And yes, the Z is a monster above 80 mph.
However, on a diff. note, the Z does take very well to mods regardless of what people are saying. Other then an intake which could hurt performance, the Z gets great gains from exhaust, headers, the intake plenum, 20 hp! OOooO I can't wait for that mod. ( I know, a bit off topic )

"o the next time he ask someone to race, actually have some ammo to back it up."
Hmm, I don't agree. There is nothing wrong with asking someone to race. A stock Z IS something to back himself up. he had no idea he had a SC under the hood, most s2k's don't. He got his A$$ handed to him, oh well. And I am sure hes not dumb enough to not be able to figure theres somethingmore then exhaust in there.
"Who cares, he's here entertaining us with his story..." This I agree with.

And this car gets crazy attention from the tuners. Like Power Enterprise twin turbo kit. 350whp on 6 psi. ATI procharger- around 340 - 370 whp. Vortech is releasing their kit in 2 months. Should be around 370whp. And Greddy by the end of the year. (just like they said last year) around 350whp also. And maybe Blitz/Apexi/HKS will also follow the foot steps next.
There's also a lot of choices in the all motor range. From Veilside/Nismo headers to Tomei cams. To HKS individual throttle bodies. To JIC y-pipes... This car is getting attention.
