About to race a WRX

Default About to race a WRX

Ok i'm about to race one of my friend WRX which has a helix uppipe and downpipe and turboback exhaust with a coldair intake... I think i can take him from a roll of 45 and so on but i dont know about the launch... What do you guys think? Its full interior and everything

no digs. LOL. just roll from about 7k in 2nd gear. youll be gone.

It depends on if he's tuned with those mods, running untuned and tuned makes a BIG difference on those cars. If he's tuned he'll stick with you pretty good from a roll but will still get walked, if he's not tuned you'll walk him pretty good. From a dig if he's good at launching he'll put a couple of cars on you, but you should be in front of him by the end of 3rd or so.

you panzies. if you can drive run his ass from a dig. If i had an AWD vechicle i wouldnt be stupid enough to run from a roll unless it was impromptu. his mods arent going to have any large impact on his car, hell still be in the 14's IMO. Same as you. Fair race from a dig. Advantage you from a roll.

im also wondering about wrx's, my friend's got one and says he could take me. its stock and he's basing his assumption on his awd. hmm... we'll see

why do you assume this S2000 owner is in the 14's?

I ran my buddies cobb stage2 wrx and was able to put about 1 to 1 1/2 cars on him. This was from a 30 roll. Also before he got tuned. After tuning, I was only able to put 1 car to maybe a half car. So tuning does make a big difference. By the way I'm completely stock so you should beat him. I have the video if anyone would like to see. It is posted on one of are local street racing boards.
