the 99 e36 has 240hp in the US, and it amazingly gets the same numbers as the S, on top of that it can handle great, and i think it can even break a couple feet before the S.

My friend and I always argue about the handling aspect though...which car do u guys think can truly handle better?

my experience with an e36 (you may have read) had me pulling away steadily. He had at least exhaust and I have intake.

I was once lined up next to an e36 M3 at the entrance ramp of a highway, waiting for the lights to turn. I had no intention of "racing" him, but he took off like a bat out of hell. I don't think I would have been able to keep up if I tried to race him in my S. Those things are really quick off the line! I was impressed.
