So earlier tonight my friend who has an e36 m3 decided to see who had the faster car. We are both completely stock cars, and all i have to see is both of these cars are right dead even. NO ONE CAR PULLED ON THE OTHER AT ALL. we pretty much did like 6 runs and they were all the same. The S would start to pull as my friend would change gears just a little bit earlier than I, but then he would jump right back and we would be even again. Then we started to take slight bends at around 80 to 100mph and again no one could pull. Very interesting race, but im still curious as to who would win if we both gave our best launches. I told him i didnt want to launch cause im not to experienced with launching the S and i heard its reallly bad for the S if u dont drop the clutch correctly.

240. Underrated a bit .. generally 250ish at the crank with the S52.

Sounds like an experience I had with an E36. I pulled slightly, but I'm modded.....which doesn't mean much with the S. I actually like the E36 better than the current M3. Dunno why tho.
