to youngs2k and the guy with the rap fool for his pic,
think about it, most stock 90-96 300zxs will have at least 50k miles, how can you compare that to cars that just came out off the line ? a stock TT with very low miles will beat a s2000, why dont you get an s2000 to about 100k miles and race a N/A 300zx ? then see how much stock matters.... most good Z owners mod their cars... until you race a stock 90+TT manuel with the same miles as your s2000 you cant compare.
I havent found an s2000 who can beat me yet, so if you think you got an s2000 that can beat my 91 TT 300zx "yes with mods" then dont talk trash about stock 300zxs with a million more miles than all these rich kids getting s2000's right off the lot, haha.

Well....hate to sound cocky.....but I have a faster car than anyone here (id be willing to bet :-) and my Z has come from to stock to 620+ HP monster....so im pretty qualified......since most of you dont know me.
NOW....stock Z TWINTURBOS DONT run 105....but rather 98-102 ish.....BUT towards the end of 4th a stock TT will RAPE a stock S2000. In fact....if someone has a stock Z for me to drive....ill lay the smack down on ANY S2000....but thats only becuase I know HOW to drive them. I have seen well driven stock Z's run 13.8's all DAY at the track. S2000's I have never seen at tthe track...but by the #'s....a well driven TT will take an S2000. PERIOD END OF SENTENCE.
NOW.....heres the deal. These are 2 VERY different cars that you have begun to compare. Obviously you dont like Z's here....becuase they are a heavier GT sports car. Its a different animal. S2000's are small and nimble.....while the Z is larger and heavier. Apples to Oranges
THEY dont have "bad fuel injection" nor do they have "domestic interiors" LOL.....thats the funniest thing I have heard. In fact the Z interior and the NSX are of the same flavor. SOOOOO....we can put that to rest now.
Let see......I think I read someone post that 0-60 times were in the 6's????? Again please do your homework students. They were 5.2-6.1 ish depending on the year.....
Did I miss something? I didn't mean to sound like ass or arogant BUT there things that I know....that are not really debatable.....not becuase I said so...but becuase they are facts!
Please remember our cars were desighned in the late 80's....be honest to yourself boys.

automatic z's are maybe faster when it comes to higher gears but theres no way a auto can compete with a manuel in the quarter mile, i know this.
You could not be MORE wrong my freind. Even with an NA....DEAD wrong. An Auto allows you to leave the line smoothly and under power...and in a turbo car...under boost. Not to mention dead on consistant luanches and shift. In a turbo Z....you dont loose boost in between gears. Becuase of the SMALL(in a z at least) power lodd from the auto tranny...you may have a mph slower trap speed but you will more than make up for it in ET.

Hmmm you are right about several things.....one thing you are not right about (or that I don't agree with you about-that sounds better) is that stock for stock the S2000 is faster.
Lots of stock 300Z TT's are running 13.5-14.2 on the 1/4.
