Default 07S2k vs 92 hatch with B20Vtec

On 87 in NY after a toll this Black lowered 92 hatch pulled up next to me and tried to give it a go. To my surprise he honked 3 times as I was in 3rd at 6k doing about 73mph which is just at the point of vtec. His car sounded strong but in need of a tuneup . He really never had a shot but did a great job of keeping up with me. After about 5th gear in vtec I decided to shut it down by 100mph staying about 2-3 lengths on him. I caught him at the next exit and gave him his props, just bc I have an S2k doesn't mean I have no respect for those cars. I said what do you got? He said B20 Vtec. I said nice ride man. Good times I am definitely looking for a project car like that so if anyone has any hb's for sale modded or not I have this big wad of CASH burning a hole in my pocket. Thanks
Chris

use that 'wad' for more mods! lol

although a k20 swap on one of those hb's is pretty tempting.

good kill.

Ok i bought it, its a vx so its gets like twice the gas mileage than my S2k lol. Eventually way down the line perhaps Id do a K20 swap but proly just a simple B16A2 swap. Its a great car i love it. Give me a B16 and lighten the car up a little and I think I can hang with my S2k!

I like the idea of the K20 Swap much better. And considering that the K20's go for pretty cheap now, you can have a monster little hatch.
