300hp and 320tq, it seems like they should be faster, but ive been even with 2 and beaten 2 (AT?), doesnt seem right to me.

their quarter times are mid to high 13s, arent they?

crappy driver ~~> mid 14s easy, MT or AT.

Yeah it depends because I know a guy that is part of this local street racing crew, and he has a 2006 Mustang GT and ran a 14.00 flat his best time there.

i drove my cousin's husband (asshat) new GT manual and it felt very torquey but it accelerated at about the same rate that my S would (before 4.77s). it also stepped out very easily but the tcs kicked in just as quick. and i know that if my cousin's husband (asshat) was driving it he wouldn't have been nearly as good in it as i was. so i guess it'd be a driver's race.
