02 s2000 vs 2012 wrx ^.^
So my friend had recently bought a 2012 wrx and we decided to have a little fun (: We went from a 45-50 roll and I took him by about 3 cars up to around end of third. I was very surprised. The second race was from 45ish, 50ish roll and I miss shifted going into third -__- I know.... But then by the end of third i was about one car length on front of him, I was rollin
My mods/car stats are
2002
78k miles
all stock except for 70mm tp on 60mm stock exhaust LMFAO
his 2012 wrx
1k miles
all stock.

hes been driving stick for about 2 years but his shifts are not nearly as fast or as crisp as mine. so.... he is a decent driver.

hes been driving stick for about 2 years but his shifts are not nearly as fast or as crisp as mine. so.... he is a decent driver.

he had a 06 wrx before the 2012 wrx and the power bands are nearly identical. he was in third while i was in second and because of the outcome he tried second but then lost even worse haha

shame on him for ragging on the car with 1k miles.
Sounds about right though. My buddy with a stage 2 06 wrx with probably 230-240whp pulls about a car on me all motor (had full bolt ons and gears)

he launched at red line with 120 miles lmfao. he didnt even launch right.... held clutch for like 5 sec and it wouldnt hook up LOL, but its not my car so he can do what he wants. pretty rich kid lol

This surprises me coming from an AP1 with bolt ons and gears, I'd think even stock my wrx would've taken it. But that's the driver mod for ya, nice kill for the s2k!
