I get average 19 MPG, but that is 90% L.A. city (in traffic) driving like a maniac. I can get mid 20's when I cruise out to Santa Barbara with no traffic on weekends. Not great, but not that bad either.

That's about what I get, but with a good tailwind I can get close to thirty

So you carry enough gas to drive 400+ miles? What is that, over six hours of driving without having to stop?

You must notice a difference in handling between full and empty, huh? j/k

Am I the only one who's astonished that this dude has over 20K miles on a car that's only been out for a few months??

that certainly struck me when I read it! He must love that car. I might be disposed to love it as well, but I would have a hard time putting 20,000 miles on it in at the most 6 months!

First, great run.
20,000miles
The 350z has been out for about 3 -6 months approx. that would put him at >6,000miles/month, 0r 3,000miles/month
>1,500 miles/week, or 750 miles/week
>214miles/day, or 107miles/day
There are 350z's on the road here like civics and I'm dying to race one with my S, but every time I run into one there is a lot of traffic, and I'm driving my 2000 EBP Si, helps to save mileage on th S. I got my 2002 S2000 Jan. 1,02 and it took me a year to get almost 10,000miles.
Are you sure you didn't mean 2,000miles?
