less than half the weight to stock, really light, the visibility is really good for the left mirror and good in right mirror (in LHD), in the right mirror I cane see little part of the rear of car and de normal vision for the other lanes, in the right mirror I see perfectly the side of car and the other lanes.

Are they adjustable at all, or fixed? Convex lense & blue tinted?
