Before, I was on Star Specs (255 square) and now I'm on RA-1's (255 square). With the tires and rear wing, I was running 2.5 seconds quicker around Nashville SuperSpeedway (1.3 mile course) in much less ideal conditions. On my old setup I was running in the high 1:12's. This last event I was running in the mid 1:10's with a passenger in 34 degree weather (only had timing equipment for 1 session).

Once I get everything dialed in and get some warmer temps, I think 1:09's are reasonable. With the right driver, I think the car can run in the 1:08's.

This is my first time on r-comps also. I know I'm leaving a lot of time out on track. I'm slowly working my speed up.
Hi Wynn,

He's posted it before. 17x9 +45 Enkei RPF1s. I think he's running 245/40 Toyo RA1s.

I'll be posting some updated pics of my car soon.

Correct on the wheels, but I'm running 255/40 RA-1's. Once I get some Hoosiers, I'll be running 245/40's.

Thanks for sharing Wynn.

I'm curious to know ur front & rear camber settings to get the tyres to tuck in so nicely if u don't mind as I'm on the same wheels. Did u do any fender flaring?

No flaring, just a roll all around. My front fender liners are trimmed, and my rear bumper bolt is relocated. You should set camber so you make the most use of your contact patch not so it "tucks" in nicely. This will vary per driver and setup. I need more camber up front, but in those pics I'm running -3 degrees all around.

Thanks Wynn. I'm also just rolled without flares. Will be using a pyrometer to finetune my camber setup just wondering if there was anything different done.

I'll bet u need more camber up front with that monster of a wing !

Wynn: That looks so sick! Will you be getting a front splitter some time?
