Who has the fastest time for stock S2k?

I don't own one. but my friend just bought a used 2000 s2k. I will be doing some research on here for him. Nice site by the way. We went to MOROSO last night and he ran a 14.6 on the first run. His best was 14.16@99.22mph. This car was STOCK. Stock is how you would buy it off the showroom, not with slicks, air intake, and race gas. That 13.5 is nice, but that is far from stock in my opinion.

For each 10th you shave off your 60ft, you can pick up 2 10th's in ET. I've seen completely stock 02 S2000's trap 102 MPH. A Car capable of trapping 102, with a 1.9 60ft is going to run mid 13's. That's just drag racing fact.
Of course, I've run Camaro's and beat them in my WRX by pulling 1.7 60ft's. That was a 13.7@97 versus a 13.8@106 (he had a 2.25 60ft).
Its all in the driver and most S2K owners don't drag. A properly dragged s2K is a mid 13 second car. FYI- All the Mags use lift throttle shifts and dump at a certain RPM. That accounts for all the differences in the S2K's times at the track. Get the tires sticky, launch it so some wheelspin happens, stay in vtec, powershift it.

Wait and see what I do at the track. I'll post slips as well. I'm just waiting until I'm past the 4K mark, then I think its drag time.
