A lot of great options and info, I will keep my eye on the forum for a low use used setup.
Is there a big difference between the Pss and the PS9? I think I will budget $1,000 to $1,300 new and $700 to $900 for good used.

.75-1" seems to be the most popular drop with PSS/pss9. I was at about 1" with pss9's. Honestly, more than that you might start to introduce rubbing issues.
FYI, I just sold my lightly used PSS9s for 900. If you're careful and patient, I think that's a very typical price.

Thanks guys for the good info. The Ps9 setup looks to be in the $1,500 range, maybe $300/400 less than the stock c/r Swift setup. My thoughts, I should just spend the few hundred and get the Ps9 since there is greater adjustability.
I also have a WAY over kill for the street differential, don't figure
PuddyMod Stage 4 case, OSGiken 1.5way LSD 752kg pressure ring, Richmond 4.57 gears, and high capacity (41oz) PuddyMod diff cover.
Love this diff, improved acceleration, smooth progressive locking of the LSD and quiet operation other than a little gear whine

I wish you tried to see me a PuddyMod Diff cover when you did my diff rebuild to 3.9 gears! I would have went for it for sure.

Keeping your Eibach springs and just picking up a set of Koni yellows might be your best option. You can run them on the lower perch which will give you that 1/2" you are looking for.
