Default Uprating Bushes - Leave Rear Complicance Standard?

Looking at the Mugen bush sets for the S2000, it seems they don't replace the rear complicance bushes.

Here's a picture of the suspension arms, with the bushes numbered.

In the picture, there is:

1 - Front Lower Arm
2 - Front Lower Complicance
3 - Front Shock Mounting
4 - Front Upper Arm
5 - Front Upper Arm
6 - Rear Control Arm
7 - Rear Lower Compliance
8 - Rear Lower Arm
9 - Rear Shock Mounting
10 - Rear Upper Arm
11 - Rear Upper Arm

So, 22 bushes in total for the car - 11 per side. Now Mugen don't replace 7 - the rear complicance bush. Spoon's kit appears to contain 20 bushes as well - so also is unlikely to contain the rear lower complicance.

Now, the rear lower compliance bush is a two part bush - it doesn't have a 'thin' side, so can't be pressed out. You can get 'top hat' generic multi part bushes to replace this type of bush. But I'm wondering if Mugen/Spoon have a good reason not to?

That bush presumably is mainly affecting toe changes under power. So is a little toe change providing some benefit?

-Brian.
