UOA Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 Euro
Just thought I'd pass this along. PP Euro 5w-30 is a Tier 4 oil (I'm pretty sure), it's also the oils the germans recommend in their vehicles. I figured if it lasts @240-260 normal operating temps in some of their cars with no oil cooler for 15k miles, it should last a few track days. It's cheap and can be found at any walmart.
After 3 track days, peak oil temps of 280F, average of 250-260F, it showed good results.
I'm pretty satisfied. I'll try 4 track days next. Mods are FBO w/ Karcepts tune via Greddy Emanage.

the "Ultra Platinum" is supposed to be better, but thats hearsay evidence, so idk... just thought I'd mention it if you wanna try it. its about the same price as the regular Platinum, only thing is you have to order online either Amazon or Walmart. Walmart doesn't carry it in store.

Looks like this one shows NOACK of 11%. http://www.oilmart.com/data/products...0L%205W-30.pdf
Not sure if that's exactly the same oil as it says "Ultra Euro L". I believe that's the older version.
The new version of the 5w-40 PP Euro shows 3.46%. https://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forum..._Platinum_Euro But they aren't sure that this isn't a highly volatile test.
I've lost 0 oil so far using this stuff, so I'm going to continue to use it and go for 4 OTD's in between changes this time and check back.

both my brothers and my ap1 drank oil, none with pennzoil platinum 10w30. all my friends have converted over seeing our cars first hand. from what ive read in the past the 10w30 was the strongest oil for burning off but i never looked into euro spec
