255 is the max tire width for TTC. Anything larger and you start adding points.

cuonice - The Cusco FSB/CR RSB was in reference to sway bars. I figured cusco front sway would be good matched with the CR rear sway bar. I'll have to rethink the reflash, and possible just dump the oints for the wing instead, but I still think the reflash would be beneficial.
I weigh in at about 210lbs myself. Adding my weight along with the car I thought would leave me with a lot of weight I would be able to shed without using points. Is the weight 2855 required weight including the driver? That is what I am getting from the rules. If so then I thought the fastest way to shed some of the weight my fat ass added to the car would be the exhaust system.
3312DC - so should I add another point to the tires? That would put me at +40, and would bump me to TTB which I don't want. I'll have to sacrifice elsewhere.

Tire points are based on the base class for the vehicle, in this case, TTD for the S2000, which is 245.
Weight is with the driver...

hmmm I think what I'm looking at so far is this: (please correct me if I'm off on the points)
Honda S2000 (2.2L)('04-'08) TTD** Weight-2855
+14
PWJDM Intake +1
Hondata Reflash +5
Cusco FSB/CR Rear SB +2
HKS Coilovers +7
255 x4 Toyo R888 +7 (Am I right here? or does increasing the tire width add points?)
Header-Back Exhaust System +3
Puts me in TTC with +39
Dam I really wanted to add a wing too.

As mentioned, 255 tires re going to net you +1, which you can't afford at 39 points. Stick to 245 tires (or drop the intake!). You may want a stiffer front bar, but you can play with that at your leisure since you get +2 no matter what you do with the bars.
The reflash versus wing is a toss up. The reflash makes a good deal of rwhp, the wing can give a lot of grip. I think it comes down to driver preference and the track (hp versus grip). One thing to keep in mind is you need to keep on top of adjusting the wing to gain the full advantage. Given that both are +5, I don't think you'll find enough points to drop for both.

Honestly, I'd ditch the intake. I don't care what intake it is, it's not making that much power and you are weight limited by the rules anyway. But I assume you've already bought it and due to the cost will be too emotionally attached. Oh well

I think I'll just get a CAT back exhaust system to drop a point and stay in TTC with +39.

You could use the Toyo RA1's. They're cheaper, lots of shops are trying to get rid of inventory, and less points(5).
Also, from what I've been able to find, the 255/40/17 is not available in the R888 yet. If someone knows otherwise please let me know where.

I got my 255 R888's from www.thetireshoppe.com. If you call Joe directly at the number on the site, the shipping will be more reasonable.
Joe's customer service is OUTSTANDING. They shipped the wrong size fronts to me (235's) and it was too late to get the correct sizes before my most recent event. He told me to run the tires if I needed to and he would send a call tag to pick them up after the event!

Thanks. I wonder why the NASA Southeast tire supplier is telling me that he cannot get that size??? Guess I'll be giving my business to someone else.

Top prize for TTC is $1.2 Million. It goes down $100k for every place after that, but you can get a bonus $50k for setting pole or leading the most laps.
Oh wait, I meant nothing
