I've got probably about 8000 track miles on my S2000, all with the same F20 engine that I take up close to the redline several times per lap.
I've never dynoed it, but it doesn't appear to be significantly down on power.

Scot, what transmission are you running? AP1 or AP2? What gear are you in when holding redline?

^ i have a full AP2 swap (engine/tranny). it depends on the track on which gear I would be holding.... at Beaver I was holding in 3rd and smacking the 8300rev limiter of my AEM.
someone posted that they are pretty sure the Greddy Emanage Ultimate can adjust the Rev Limiter so hopefully I will just go with an ap2 ECU and raise the limiter. i fear running the ap1 ecu due to going to 9k too many times by accident.

Well if you ran the AP1 tranny you would have a little more room (speed) in 1-4. The gearing is just a bit taller. I figured it was third

Per Honda Challenge rules, tranny and engine must stay together (ie no back dating of either of the parts).
Scot, I was talking about the differance in the AP1/2 transmissions. They changed the secondary reduction gear and lower the net ratio for 1-4 and raised it for 5-6.
