On-track video advice
I'm wondering how many of you are running or have mounted a video cam on your S2k at the track. My questions are--
What works best?
What issues have you had? Vibration? Wind noise? Overexposure? Too slow frame rate?
Also, has anyone mounted a remote lipstick camera that feeds to a standard video cam?
Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated.

I run a helmet cam (lipstick cam) zip tied to my front tow hook. I run the lines up along the passenger side engine bay and into my camcorder that's zip tied to my roll bar (sandwiched w/foam).
There's some "sport" cameras out there now--even get 'em at best buy--that have remote cameras that run off the camcorder battery.

I recently made a camera mount to mount on the secret compartment cover, similar to the Muz one. Although the mount itself is quite sturdy; there is some movement in the secret compartment cover which causes some vibrations and noise. More vibrations than the Image Stabilizer of my S2 IS digicam could compensate.
In that location there's a tremendous amount of wind noise at over 80 km/h so an external mic is a must (or drive top up).
