Default Track only S2000 Clutch advice

Time has come to change my clutch (3 years of track time on the original stock clutch). This is an AP1 track car that gets towed to the track so it never sees stop and go traffic. I am looking for your advice on a clutch, pressure plate and flywheel package. My goal is to have something that is lighter than stock and has more solid feel upon engagement. My Spec Miata has this solid metal to metal feel when I shift which I seem to favor

I looked at different options but I am quite confused. The Hard Top Guy package seems to be more of a street package with some track time. I am looking for 100% track time. ATS and Exedy come to mind but I am still debating.

This is a stock AP1 engine with stock diff and tranny.

Thanks

I personally really like and use the Competition Clutch lightweight flywheel and stage 4 six puck clutch. Engagement is solid and very difficult to slip. I have a trailered track and autocross car as well.

After doing some research I decided to stay with the stock clutch for my normally aspirated car. I just couldn't justify the cost for additional clamping force I really didn't need.

I understand however the weight difference per my understanding is more than half.

For Example an ATS Clutch + fly wheel + pressure plate is 17 Pounds total when stock is 27 Pounds. That’s rotating mass right at the engine crank right?

Is that 27 lbs stock with the AP2 flywheel? I did go with an ACT 9lb flywheel to go with the stock clutch and pressure plate.

Wow, that is light, maybe too light. I had several people try to talk me out of the ACT flywheel.
