Newbie to the track. Can you guys give me a list of things I should be checking on my car in between heats?
Oil Level
Tire Pressure
Brake Fluid
What else?
Thanks!

- Don't put your E-brake on after a session. This can cause warped rotors.
- Check your brake pads. Usually you can just look into the wheel from the outside. Make sure you have a decent amount of pad left.

Check the tires first and very quickly when you get into the pit.
Tire pressure changes rapidly as the tires cool, it will actually change from corner to corner. The most accurate tire readings are obtained in the hot pit, where a team member checks the tires as soon as the car stops, without a cool down lap.
And watch the fuel.. you won't have time to study the guages on the track and running out really sucks. I won't start a session with less than a quarter tank.
