Default Tire pressure on my RE-01R's?

Hey guys ive done some searching but haven't found much. I found an older post stating to start the tire pressures at F/37 R/32 on street tires.

I was wondering if you guys could give me an idea of what pressures to start at with my set up for an auto x event tomorrow.

Im running RE-01r's
18x8 225/40
18x9 265/35

Thanks!

Are you running stock spring rates and shocks?

If you're new to autocross, run "whatever" pressures it takes to keep from rolling over. See what your balance is like first. You're running more rear tire "width" than normal and you might get understeer.

I wouldn't worry about the actual tire pressures that much if you're new.

You could start square 35psi cold and work from there.

Try MUCH lower cold pressures with RE01Rs. ~26 rear and ~28 front. Cold.

And who knows what "cold" pressure is in his climate. In the late fall over here, 35psi cold winds up being ~37 psi "hot."

I ran about 30 front 28 rear cold on mine, thats where I found the most grip, but I'm no expert.

34 psi hot is the best IMO
