Thanks Ron. Yeah, at least I got 100% of the cost back from the retailer. Just remember that about the Paypal dispute process guys...shipping is not included. So if shipping is a lot, like for body kit pieces, might be better to do a credit card dispute.

What an ordeal! Don't want to even think of how many hours you spent back and forth just to be back where you started. Axel-less and $25 poorer.

I don't either And I ended up using at least 1 hour of vacation time just to go pick up the axles from my buddy's shop so I would be ready to send them out to Driveshaft Shop...but then they never wanted to commit to the full refund. So that is more lost money. In the end, Ultra Rev just dragged things on and really bothered me, but I also would have expected more of DSS. They were also a big in my book. They shouldn't have kept asking for pictures...any fool could see from the first set that the axles are the same length, plus the fact that certified mechanics didn't feel that it could be installed...

Anyways, I don't plan on buying from Ultra Rev OR DSS in the future if I can help it.

You know, I bet they would have addresses this differently if you only wanted what you purchased. A set of Axles instead of two axles for the same side. Small businesses barf at the thought of a refund.
