The sway bars are held on with 4 bolts and 2 end-links. It's very simple and you don't have to remove the wheels or the exhaust of you don't want to.

I've never removed the rear sway, but removing the stock exhaust is only a 10-15 minute job once the car is up on stands.

- 5 hangers, 3 flange bolts, plus rear brace (4 + 1 bolts IIRC)

You can do it yourself if you have some muscles and don't mind getting dirty

I don't know how you'd get to the end links without removing the wheels. Even if you could, removing the front wheels makes everything so much easier. Here's the Saner bar install instructions that should also work with minor changes for most of the other bars out there.

I think the Comptech website has detailed instructions for a Comptech bar install.

You really should load the suspension before tightening the bolts.

I removed wheels and the the front plastic under cover to install front sway and unhooked the exhaust from the hangers....I don't see any other way around it.

Take the rear wheels off and work the hangers from the wheel wells. Spray some lub on the rubber hangers.
