From the stock category rules:
Disconnecting an end link is not "as specified by the factory". You can use the swaybar allowance to disconnect an end link, but then you don't get to use that allowance to make any changes to the other swaybar. This is not a grey area. If you do it and get protested, you will lose the protest. The penalty will not be of the "we understand why you thought that, just don't do it again" variety.
Except for modifications authorized below, Stock Category cars must be run as specified by the factory with only standard equipment as defined by these Rules.
