Your car will likely be quieter with a down pipe aft of the stock resonator. At the Farmington Pro with a down pipe my sound readings ranged from 91-94.x. The sound meter was at the perfect spot to catch WOT at 50+ MPH.

I'm only sorta kidding about that. I dropped 10# body weight by changing diet and exercising a little more (like 2-3x/week) Lots cheaper than further car mods...and healthier, too!

You could have tubular lower control arms made. 10-15 lb weight savings maybe? Trackforge made a set for their J32 swapped track car and claimed 16 lb weight savings.
Rear calipers & min-sized rear rotors would drop another ~10-12 lb.
My car was 2635 on the scales with ~7 gallons of gas in the tank and my helmet in the passenger seat. I picked up a Shorai LFX27L3 which should drop another 11.5 pounds if I remove the battery tray with it. Then it's time to finally gut the amp wiring and RCA cables. Should be down to 2615 range by September.

I can't think of any other way to save weight, short of pulling the catback in favor of a down turn, but I already hit 96 db with the Megan.
