Default Stoptech Street Performance Brake Pads

I am going to be changing my rotors and pads today, and I have a quick question. When replacing the old pads with the new Stoptechs, do I need to reuse the OEM shims, or just use the ones that come on the stop tech pads? Thank you for your help?

If the pad is stock sized I used the OEM shims. If they are different, you will have to use the ST shims

Use the ones that come with the pads, they are virtually the same thing and already on the pads.
