Post Stock wheels for sale

I put these up in the for sale board before, but I think this is probably a better place for it.

I have a set of stock wheels up for sale. Plain finish, no major blemishes or scratches (nothing beyond minor swirling of the clearcoat, as far as I recall).

$400 firm. Call now and (if you want them) I'll throw in two full sets of street tires absolutely free! One set of stock S-02s with basically no tread left (I've kept them around as "just in case I need them" tires). The others are Yokokhama S306 tires that came with a different set of wheels I bought some time ago. They're nothing special tires and one of the fronts has some sidewall damage, but hey - you can have them for free.

Wheels and tires are located in Riverside, CA. I don't want to ship these, but if you're set on having them and you're not in SoCal, I'll do it - just add in shipping charges plus $25 for packaging materials and the hassle.

Dude - how come when other people put OEM wheels for sale they go so fast. But I put them up and no one bites?

I've got ANOTHER set of oem wheels (black finish) I'll be selling after I kill this set of RA-1s. Unless someone wants to make me an offer for those with the RA-1s that have one track day on them...

When someone says they don't want to ship, because it's a hassle, I go to someone who is more interested in selling their product.

I'm not in the market. I bought mine in perfect shape, including centercaps and usable S02s for $450 shipped from Washington state to NY state.

Not in the market and no offense but IMO your price is too high. I bought mine a month ago for $200 + $85 shipping with no tires and in perfect condition... that's the lowest price I've ever seen.

$200 is definitely the lowest I've ever heard of. I personally paid $600 for one set (that arrived with one bent wheel that I had to replace for $300) and $500 for another set.

These are about as close to perfect as I think you'll find. And I don't think $400 is at all unreasonable. In fact, I was going to ask $500 and let someone talk me down, but I figured there was no need for that kind of BS, so I just put them for $400. And like I said - they come with two sets of tires (admittedly, not anything special tires).

As for not wanting to ship - it's mostly an issue that I prefer for someone to be able to inspect before they buy. I've personally gotten screwed from buying things from people long-distance (the set of wheels I had that were damaged, for example). So I get hesitant selling long-distance as well. It's a lot of hassle and there's so much room for getting screwed on both sides that I'd rather just avoid it. Like I said, I will do it, but I'd rather not.
