You owe it all to Speedventures and AMB. Prior to them, she wasn't sure you could drive halfway decent. Now that you can throw down some decent laptimes, she decided she is ready to get married.

ROFL! She used to love riding co-pilot on the track with me. At sears point she didn't even make it a whole lap before asking for me to let her out.

Tires probably don't need two full days to cool after heat-cycling (that would be ideal, but hey, isn't this why you bought them in the first place?). And last, what better way to spend the weekend after finals than racing in Vegas?

So, then, I trust we'll see you there.
Well - I've run the car without ducts on Porterfield R4S pads and I have consistently managed to destroy them. They overheat and crumble and I've even burned a dust boot in my front right caliper once. So even though I'll be on Carbotech XP's this time... I think I really want to have the brake ducting in there first so I don't melt anymore dust boots, etc.

One possibility might be for me to do all the work on the car on friday after my last final... heat cycle everything, let it all cool overnight. Leave for vegas on saturday, miss the first day of the speedventures event, but hang in Vegas for the day/evening... Then come out on Sunday and let y'all run circles around me since you will have practiced up the day before and I'll still be getting used to my new suspension/tires/brakes.

That's right folks, I'm already making excuses... You know what that means? I believe it means it's on.

So, I'll probably see you guys on Sunday.
