Speedventures Big Willow Weekend on July 2nd & 3rd
Base Price: $150 one day $220 both days
Instruction: manditory for first-timers - $30 per day
Duration: 2 days / 4+ hours of track time per group!**
Track: The full track at Willow Springs Raceway (near Rosamond, CA)
Registration: Several spots remaining Saturday , Several Spots remaining

Timing: There are currently many transponders available for rental
Event Info:
Willow Springs is "The fastest track in the West", one of the few tracks
where a fast street car can break 140mph. From the thrill of speeding
through turn 8 at 120+mph to the "pucker factor" of getting the infamous
turn 9 right, WSIR offers high-speed thrills found on few other tracks
anywhere.
We will be running the full track in the clockwise direction (the only
configuration normally run at Willow). As usual, we will be running three
run groups, with five sessions per group, 30 minutes per session. A sample
schedule is here for your information, though schedules do change based upon
attendance.
Please note that some form of rollover protection is required at this track
for convertibles. Cars equipped with stock hoops (S2000's, Z3's, etc.) are
fine.
This is a great deal at an excellent track. If you're interested, please see

*Novices in this case are those who have not driven on a track before.

I know it says on the speedventures website that stock roll hoops in the s2000 are sufficient enough on this track. However, i heard that to run on Big Willow, you need a SCCA approved roll bar. Before i sign up and pay the 150 for the event, can someone confirm that i'll be ok with stock roll hoops on the track? Thanks.
Hopefully my S02's hold up so i can see you guys on the third 
.
