I'll be there for both days. Can't decide if I should get fresh tires to win T5 and MOD both days.
JP, if you are in Vegas you could probably drive to and from your home each day. Only about 40 min from Vegas.

Richard, it's about 55 miles to the track from my house. If I want to be at the track at 7:15 for the drivers meeting I've got to get up before the sun does. Plus I'd miss out on the after hours activities if I have to drag my ass home to go to bed and do it again the next day. Of course if you guys are staying in Vegas as opposed to Pahrump that's a different story. I'm only 12 minutes from the strip.

A warning about staying in Vegas to go to a track day at Pahrump. I've done two track days in the vegas area now (one at Pahrump and one at Vegas speedway) and both were disasters... two of my worst track days ever. Reason being, if you're in vegas, you're going to stay out late doin' the whole vegas thing... Then you wake up on 3 hours of sleep at some ungodly hour and treck 65 miles through no-man's-land to Pahrump... and yes, watch out for the po-pos. Also, watch out for crashing or even getting a flat cuz there are no call boxes on that highway and cell phones don't work. So then you get to the track, you've got some adrenaline going and everything seems good until you're off in the dirt facing the wrong way and you don't even remember the car getting sideways. I dunno about the rest of you, but my reflexes are LOUSY if I don't sleep enough and there's no way to be at the track bright and early and rested if you stay in vegas... unless you just hate Vegas.
