Yes it is. I suspect in current config and with a few sessions I could have done a mid to high :48 in my otherwise stock car. :46s is flyin'

And twohoos has no wing, which makes him even more of an insane driver, especially at Laguna and Sears.

Someday some you have got to come up here and run Pacific Raceways.... You'll never think of Laguna as scary ever again.

yeah laguna isn't really scary at all, even compared to sears.

But I've driven them all so many times I'm kinda numb to it all

i just looked up that track and saw a hot lap video of it and it looks insanely fast. it's a bunch of fast sweepers. and it's got walls similar to Infineon. you can check out the video here: http://www.pacificraceways.com/gallery/videos-ndx.cfm

looks like fun. let's make it happen...2007 Speedventures event at Pacific Raceways.

Here is the overlay of Richard's fast lap, 1:43.8 seconds vs. my fastest lap, 1:49.86 seconds. I'm not an expert by any means at analysis, but it appears that Richard is braking later and not as much as I tended to brake. The rounded bottoms of the graph of Richard's run would seem to indicate that he's doing a better job of trail braking than I am in most corners. I'm interested to hear what others with more experience with the data can tell us.
