Default Spark plugs for track!

I have done a lot of research about this topic with no definite answer. I usually use the OEM spark plugs on my track cars. However, for the S2000 I am a little confused

The OEM ones are denso and many on the forum have stated that they are horrible for our cars for some reason, they recommend NGK. The OEM ones are $24 per spark plug which is not cheap so I want to make sure that this is what I should buy before spending $100 on sparkplugs

What do you guys use on the streets/track for a stock car? And how much you torque them to.

Thanks

If your engine is stock, and your engine is fine right now, then don't F%%% with it.

There was a recall on the original spark plugs for the early years of the car, because they would back out, causing damage. However, this has been fixed.

My owner's manual lists both an NGK and a Denso part number. I have no idea what's in my car right now. It also lists a revised torque of 18 ft-lb. Both the torque and the part numbers are on tape that has been slapped over whatever was written there before.

stock runs fine but the spark plugs are very old they need to be replaced.
