I just put a Sparco Rev in mine, but with the Sparco side mounts and the Sparco S2000 base.
I did need to drill new holes in the base to move the seat back, and it's really hard to reach the back mounting bolts to tighten/loosen them!
I'm 5' 10"
For what it's worth!

No measurable seat height drop. If you look at the stock seats, they're pretty frikin' low!
I'm not sure you can get much lower. I tried mounting the Rev seat with the slider and I was almost an inch higher, would not pass any broom stick measurment!
I may have to go with the Tiatec myself, but they're pretty expensive.

The SPG reduced the seat height by about 2.25" at the lowest position possible. This required us to modify the center console arm rest in our race car so it does not interfere with the shifting. You can get another .5" if you remove the lower cushion (removable with velcro). The SPG sits a little lower than the Rev, and I think the ergonomics are far superior. It's too bad they are significantly more expensive.
