Seat Recommendation

Seat Recommendation
I am in need of seats for AutoX. Can I get a recommendation? I tried to search to see what everyone is using but keep getting a blank return. I want them to still allow access to the glove box. Also, cost is important to keep low. I was looking at the Corbeau Forza but the "wings" are too wide. I am thinking the Corbeau Clubman will work. Thoughts?

To help you you will need to post your body stats. I'm 5'10" 200lbs with 34-35" waist and the Recaro Pole Position is the perfect seat for me. But they are up there in price as well. You could try the measurements ont he Corbeau, or even some buddy club seats. They are around 400 and fit well in the S. Or you can hit up the classified section for F1Spec and see what they have in your size and determine if it fits the S.

I just don't see spending a grand on a seat right now. I just want to be held snug for AutoX. I don't drive it much beyond that.

I've codriven a lot of s2000s, one had the Buddy Club Racing Spec, one had the Sparco Pro 2000 wide, and the other had the normal Sparco Pro 2000, and obviously a bunch including mine still have stock seats.
I'm a hair under 6' tall, 155 lbs, 33 waist.
Personally I liked the Buddy Club the most. First of all it fit the best into the car. As far as I could tell it fit without any issue. The sparco wide, in an AP1, rubbed on the door. The normal sparco, in an AP2, blocked the seat belt so that latching the seat belt was doable but annoying. So both sparcos worked but they weren't ideal.
Also the sparcos, the 3 point belt basically does nothing since the bolsters by your hips are so high. The buddy club I don't remember exactly but I seem to remember that the lap belt was at least close to being on your lap. In addition it's really tough to get in and out around those big sparco bolsters. Luckily the sparco held me in so much I didn't need the belt...but in an accident or something I'm not sure how it would be.
In terms of fitment, I fit perfect into the buddy club. The Sparco was a little tight (not bad though), and the sparco wide was too wide for me. Also it seemed like the sparco didn't have as much padding under you as buddy club or stock, which...if you're small enough to fit into the regular size one, you're gonna need more padding than that cause you're bony . It might have just been worn out, although the buddy club I was in was definitely the oldest of all 3 seats. The wide sparco the padding was very comfy, but it was almost new when I drove in it.
Speaking of worn out, the bolsters were pretty worn on the buddy club....again the seat might have just been used longer.
All 3 of those seats are light enough that you'll probably need to put a few lbs on them to make them the minimum weight.
That's my entirety of experience with seats in the s2000, hope that helps.

Personally, I'd invest in a CG-Lock first if you haven't already. $35, and it works just as well as a race seat without a 5-point harness for AutoX on street tires. To get the max from a seat, you need to add a harness, harness bar and extended rollover protection. You can always buy a seat later if you hate the CG-Lock, and if you don't, you've saved hundreds of dollars.

Any recommendations for a someone 5'6", 140 lbs, 29" waist? I slide around _a lot_ in my stock seat and plan to install a fixed-back seat during the off season. Many of the more common options are a bit large, width wise. I fit the Cobra Imola Pro S seats very well, but the durability is questionable.
