Default ScienceofSpeed Wins Modified Mag RWD Class

hi guys --

We're excited to announce the win of Modified Magazine's RWD Class in the May 24th Tuner Shootout held at Firebird Raceway in Arizona.

Big thanks to the guys at Modified Magazine, NASA, and the other event organizers that worked hard at making this event a success with nearly 10,000 people in attendance.

We've also updated our page with the car's information with some great shots taken from the night event:

Congrats on the win!

Could you make the wing mounts have a little more drag?

Glad I live in Tempe! For the brief moment I was able to see this S2K it looked amazingly smooth and fast on the corners.

Per our last conversation (and your posts in the regional forum) you indicated you are completely changing your plans for the car. I did not know you had further questions. If you do, please let me know. I sent an e-mail to you today to confirm.

thanks,
-- Chris

We were very pleased with the product. We've actually made quite good use of the hook to load the race car on and off the trailer. Check out the tow hook here:

Congrats Chris

[That track uses nice solid steel-reinforced concrete at the apex instead of those silly plastic cones that always get thrown out of place and cause damage to cars. ]
