Anyone with track experience with them (possibly vs AP1 stock) care to comment? Details of your setup would help too.
These bars are the best!
I originally bought it for autoX. The saner bar is the standard in AutoX.
On the Track it works great also.
Full stiff is for autox only- or if you want the car to drive like a front wheel drive.
Mid stiff can be used for track or autox, depending on the size/type tires you run and how comfortable you feel with the rear ends level of loosness.
Fulll Soft is for the Track and is 3x stronger than the stock bar.
The bar is not necessary if you run stiff springs in the front to make up for it and use a square tire setup.
I still havent even touched on adjustable heim joint end links and pre loading.
It is heavy, but This bar is great.

Thanks! No idea it was the standard in AutoX. What spring rates do most pair with this bar (square setup)? Is it most often matched with a stock rear bar?

I have KW V3's (external piggy back res.) and a Saner bar. I can only use the least stiff and middle settings, but that's fine for me since it's a track car. I don't need the stiffest setting.
