The bar may be sliding and banging against your shock body. Did you install collars against the bushings to keep it from moving laterally?

this is a common issue... its the end links. It doesn't really cause any problems, just makes noise. Sometimes tightening the bolts on the links helps. The way the geometry works the bar can't really slide back and forth even without the collars, all the collars do is save the endlinks from absorbing the side load

When I had this bar, I could get rid of the noise by lubing the bushings. I had to do this at least a couple of times a year.

Are the Gendron and Ankeny bars also plagued by this issue? I haven't seen any threads on it for them but I'm sure their user base is smaller...

No issues from those bars... well except that they cost 4x what the saner does... The only issue I have had with the saner is a little noise but it doesn't bother me, and is definately NOT worth it to me to spend the excessive pricing of a gendron or ankeny

This.
The noise has basically gone away after ordering the McMaster Carr endlinks. I hear it occasionally, but nothing that bothers me. The exhaust is significantly louder... My brother and I are going to try to source aircraft parts next time we replace bushings and endlinks on it. Yay for having connections.

It was exactly the same over mine. Like over speedbumps you can here it clunk the worst?
The McMaster Carr hardware solved that problem for me.
