Any ideas how much a AEM v2 intake weighs? I was hoping for a few pound weight savings.

Has anyone been able to get their AP1 to Honda Challenge minimum weight of 2450lbs or...gasp...SCCA STU minimum weight of 2200lbs? I remember reading of two STU builds but don't remember if anyone posted final weights when the cars were done.

My and krazik's cars both run 2.2L motors now so our STU minimum is 2420lbs with driver. I finish races around 2630+ with driver so I still have 210lbs to drop. Would take a new cage and complete rebuild to make that. I could probably find 50lbs gutting the wiring harness, remaining spare brackets and cleaning up some under-dash miscellany. I doubt I'll ever eliminate that last 100 lbs.

The empty container is, what, a pound? A gallon of fluid is 8 pounds.

I remember weighing mine when I removed it. I think I took a picture of it on the scale and indexed the weight somewhere but can't seem to find it. From what I remember it was about 2lbs for pump and empty reservoir.
