^ No, I did some searching and found out that if you seperate them, there's no way to put them back together. You basically have to remove the factory roll bar with the covers still on it. I don't want to drive around without one, so I'm waiting until I get my Spoon roll bar to remove it.

Anybody know how to get the passenger side airbag out? I'm guessing I'll have to take the whole dash off.

I wouldnt take that out until you have some harnesses...
and there are alot better options than a spoon roll bar IMO

^ What would you recommend for an SCCA legal roll bar with a harness bar?

The Hard Dog roll bar is the general path for those looking for an out of the box SCCA legal bar. I'm sure the Spoon/Cusco bars aren't legal. Even if they are by some loophole, they're not going to be nearly as safe as the Hard Dog. The Hard Dog would probably require more cutting of the interior, but that doesn't sound like it will be a problem for you.

mr. toofastforusall , I disconnected the battery, removed the cover underneath the airbag with a flathead (plastic can break easily), unplug the airbag carefully from the yellow plug, use a socket (10-14mm size I can't remember) and a 6inch extension to remove 3-4 bolts - the airbag will come out through the top and you can remove the dash cover from it to cover the hole if you need.

^ Thanks a lot. I thought I might be able to do it that way but didn't want the airbag to go off in my face. I've had that happen to a couple friends because the negative battery terminal was still touching the post. Not a pretty sight, along with getting that dust EVERYWHERE.

cthree - How do you get to the SRS controller to remove it? There's no way I can fit a screwdriver in there. Flexdrive?
