Does it allow you to bolt the OEM retractors to it? I've been wanting to get rid of the stock hoops since I got the harddog in, but don't want to lose the OEM belt use.

yes you bolt the oem retractors to the bulk head replacement bar. it allows you to retain OEM seat belts while using the roll bar.

Can't the same thing be accomplished with using the stock bulkhead and just make cuts where they need to be? I really don't understand the need for an aftermarket bulkhead bar...please enlighten me.

I want to remove the stock roll hoops. The stock roll hoops have been said to be an integral part of the structural rigidity of the bulkhead. Remove those, and the bulkhead loses it's strength and the OEM belt retractors won't be as effective.

So, with the rockstar garage and the harddog bulkhead replacement bars, it appears that you can remove the roll hoops and bulkhead altogether, and have the stock OEM retractors mount to their bars.

It also appears that you can retain the center glovebox assembly as well, but I don't see where you would be able to mount it to.
