The races involve many different classes of cars. On Sat, I started 2nd in class(PTB), but 36th overall. We had a triple split start: spec miata first, a gap, spec E30, a gap, and everyone else(the PT classes and Honda Challenge classes). Naturally when the fast classes start at the back, there will be lots of passing. On Sat, I actually won my class and overall. Meaning I did actaully pass all the E30's and Miata's that started ahead of us.
Here's the fun race from Sunday. We had 70+ cars, everything from IMSA Lites and ALMS Ford GT's down to Spec Miatas and Spec E30's. The grid was done by drawing numbers. I started 31 and finished 14.

I tried to get more info on your plans on the Mid-A thread, but you never answer me. If you need a place to stay between RA and VIR, I'm only about an hour from VIR.

Not sure what's happening just yet. My sister lives in Atlanta. I'm not sure if she'll make her way north to the track or if I won't see her until the weekdays. I definitely appreciate the offer though.
