Rylan has a Kirkey seat in his car so he might have some more options/tips about mounting one.
That looks like a very economical solution and just as functional as some of those multi megabuck imported seats that fit our car.

Just to add to this thread...Brey Krause makes a seat belt mount kit for the Boxster that fits the S. It can be used fo the outside lap belt:

I highly recommend the Team Tech Jet Pilot, which is now being used in NASCAR and is arguably the most tehcnically advanced and comfortable harness on the market.
One of its great advantages is its antisubmarine protection, whichi is provided by straps that wrap around the upper leg and anchor to the same places as the lap belt.
It is absolutely impossible to submarine with this harness, and there is no strap spanning the crown jewels and no seat hole.

The team tech harnesses is a liablity.
Those stupid sternum straps and other crap increase the amount of time it takes to get out of the car. So if say you were on fire you'ld be in trouble w/ the Team Tech.
Also submarining isn't an issue in most "production" cars. We sit too upright -and- the 5th point is not to stop you from sliding by crushing your "attachments" but works by holding the center buckle down so that you can't slide under it. So submarining isn't an issue on a 5pt system either.
Buy a Schroth or Sparco harness.

Finally got my submarine straps mounted today for my six-point harness. Hiya Ryan. Nice to see you on the boards. I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll have a functional S again by the end of next week. Moving to a water-cooled center cartridge for the new turbo. Taking advantage of the opportunity to do a bunch of other things, as well, including raising the oil return line to the girdle and improving the drain plumbing, installing a catch-can, rerouting the dump tube back into the exhaust (just got tired of the raw engine noise right under my feet when the wastegate activated), etc. Hopefully, this will be the last major snafu before I can drive the car for a bit.
