Tire Rack has the Advan A048s in 205/55-16 and 225/50-16. Like the OEM S02s, the rear 225 Advans are really sized at about 245 width (OEM S02 has a 8.5 tread width while the 225/50-16 A048 has a tread width of 9.0). The fronts are not as ideal since the Advan 205 is wider than the OEM S02 (OEM S02 tread width is 7.1 and the Advan A048 tread width is 8.2). So overall this reduces the stagger a bit (more oversteer), but for those who like to rotate or have a moderatly larger front swaybar (or adjustible bar) these may well work.

Those could be a good street/track option. I don't know how much mileage one could expect but they run them as street tires on the sport packaged Elise.
